Although you’re under hypnosis you will still have full control, and do not have to take on board what the therapist’s suggestions are.
Hypnotherapy will take place in a therapeutic, calm environment. The length of hypnotherapy differs for each patient and depends on the complexity of the issue.
Hypnotherapy can only be undertaken by a person who has a doctorate level in medicine, dentistry, psychology, or a master’s degree in nursing, social work, marital / family therapy, as well as the required number of hours approved in hypnotherapy training.
