As an Accredited Master Divorce Coach, Life Coach, and Certified Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach and Registered Hypnotherapist , I support individuals navigating divorce, major life transitions, and deeply challenging periods of change.

While divorce is one of the most emotionally complex experiences a person can face, many of my clients also come to me because they know something needs to change yet when pressure rises, their body takes over. They may shut down, freeze, overwork, avoid difficult conversations, or react in ways they later regret. Despite insight and determination, they feel stuck in patterns they can’t think their way out of.

This is where somatic trauma-informed coaching differs from traditional coaching.

Traditional coaching often focuses on mindset, goals, and forward action. Somatic trauma-informed coaching recognises that the nervous system plays a central role in how we respond to stress, conflict, and uncertainty. When we feel threatened emotionally or relationally our responses are not simply choices; they are protective patterns shaped by past experiences.

Rather than working against these automatic responses, I work with them.

My focus is to help clients understand how their past experiences are shaping their present reactions and to gently build their capacity to stay present during challenge, emotion, and uncertainty without becoming overwhelmed. Together, we widen your window of tolerance so you can respond consciously instead of reacting automatically.

The result is not just better decisions during divorce or transition, but a deeper sense of steadiness, clarity, and self-trust that supports you long beyond the immediate crisis.
